Happy reading!
- Danny O’Connell, NAIFA-Texas President-Elect – “Traction [by Gino Wickman] – for any business leader / entrepreneur I believe this is a must read. Wickman puts all of the things we know, have heard, and maybe weren’t aware of into an action plan for any business. It helped me create a path for employees’ growth & development when they didn’t see one. The best part – one of the best companies to integrate his process was a small insurance agency!”
- David Russell, NAIFA Fort Worth President – “Who Moved My Cheese [by Spencer Johnson] is a relatable read for anyone anytime! It’s a light-hearted approach to change and the decisions we make when faced with go left, go right or stay still. For me, the concept of who I hang out with can heavily influence my decision making. He is spot on when he states that Change Happens and we should all enjoy change! This is relatable in both life and business. It reminds me of a real life choose your own adventure book that I live every day!”
- Aaron Cappilla, NAIFA-Amarillo – “Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. Great book on mastering speaking with others and negotiations.”
