NAIFA-Dallas held a Membership Luncheon on March 28, 2024 with guest speaker and NAIFA-Texas Government Relations Chair, Jason B. Talley, LUTCF featuring his presentation "The Over-Reaching DOL: Past, Present, Future".

Jason is greatly concerned about the overreach of government and over-regulation in the insurance and financial services business. As in 2016, The DOL is once again proposing a fiduciary-only rule.  It's time for NAIFA to be prepared to show up for its members and their clients.  A member of NAIFA since 1995,

Jason was the 2015-2016 Past President of NAIFA-Texas, the current NAIFA-Texas Government Relations Chair, a current member of NAIFA Grassroots Committee, the current Texas LILI moderator.  He was inducted into the NAIFA-San Antonio Hall of Fame in 2015.
