NAIFA's Congressional Conference is its signature grassroots advocacy event. Each year, we list the names of attendees who pledge to advocate for their clients, communities, and country. 

NAIFA’s annual Congressional Conference is crucial to our grassroots advocacy strategy. The event brings NAIFA members together as a critical mass to advocate on behalf of their businesses, clients, consumers, and the insurance and financial services industry. It provides targeted advocacy training with briefings on specific legislative issues, best practices for conducting congressional meetings, and tips for developing impactful long-term relationships with legislators.

NAIFA-Texas President Dr Rodney Mogen shared that he was "Advocating on behalf of my industry and clients securing better changes in the Secure 2.0 gaining access to notarizations across country electronically on all financial docs and so much more" as part of his experience traveling to Washington DC this week with his fellow NAIFA-Texas members. 

Additional NAIFA-Texas members in attendance included several NAIFA-Texas Board Members: President-Elect, Jim Thompson, National Committeeperson, Jason Talley, Immediate Past President, Andra Grava, Director, Rick Demko, and Director, John Wheeler. NAIFA leaders are extremely passionate about protecting their clients' financial security! Closing out Congressional Conference was a panel of phenomenal NAIFA leaders talking about their passion for politics and public service.
