✔ Fulfilling legal duties as a Board

✔ Effectively engaging and partnering with professional staff
✔ Fostering a healthy, high-performing board culture

We believe that strong leadership at the chapter level is key to delivering value for our members, advancing our mission, and driving long-term success. Completing this training not only equips our Board with best-practice leadership strategies, but also contributes to our ongoing commitment to excellence in serving NAIFA-Texas members.

We’re proud of our Board for investing in leadership growth — and we look forward to putting what we learned into action in 2026 and beyond!
